What is Reel Builder?

Reel Builder is a feature within LBB’s creative archive that allows Standard & Premium Members to quickly and easily build custom video reels using the work they’ve already uploaded.

Designed for agencies, production companies, and individual creatives, Reel Builder eliminates the need for additional software or editing tools. It’s intuitive, fast, and seamlessly integrated into your LBB dashboard.

How It Works

The process is simple, whether you’re on desktop or mobile:

  1. Find your desired work — by browsing the Creative Library, filtering by person in the People section, or searching your uploaded work on your LBB profile
  2. Click the ‘Add to reel’ button
  3. Once your reel is created, head to ‘My LBB’ > ‘My Reels’ to:

    • Edit, delete, or make your reel public
    • Copy the link to share externally
    • Review the clickable credits under each work
    • Access support if needed

What is Reel Builder?

Reel Builder is a built-in tool on the LBB platform that allows creative professionals, agencies, and companies to build, customise, and share video reels directly from their archive or the wider Creative Library — all without needing external software or editing tools.

How do I build a reel on LBB?

You can search for work using credits (by individual or company), apply filters like format or tags, and add items to your reel in a single click. Use the drag-and-drop timeline to edit, then share your reel via link, email, social media, or website embed.

Is Reel Builder free to use?

LBB's Reel Builder is included with all LBB Standard and Premium Memberships. Standard and Premium members can create unlimited reels and connect unlimited users from their registered company offices to the company account. No additional cost or third-party subscriptions are required. Companies with Basic Membership will need to upgrade to have the full functionality.

Who can use Reel Builder?

Any company with a Standard or Premium Membership on LBB can register users for access to the Reel Builder. It’s designed for individuals, teams, and full organisations - including agencies, production companies, studios, and creative networks.

How do I upload work on LBB?

Uploading your work is super easy. Make sure you're logged in to LBB and that you are an admin of your company page (if you’re not, please contact your company admin or info@lbbonline.com). Then, go to ‘My LBB’, click on the company name, then select ‘Work’ from the list of options along the top bar.
Click the +Add Work button to start the submission. Fill in the details, select the file type (Video, Audio or Image) and then select or drag and drop the file into the box (make sure it fits the specified dimensions). If you’re submitting images, you can upload multiple at once into a slideshow.

Where does my work live on LBB?

Your work will live in multiple areas of the LBB platform. Firstly, it lives on your company page. Secondly, it lives in our Creative Library and is discoverable by the
many people searching our platform across the globe. Thirdly, work may be embedded into relevant news stories by our editorial or content teams. All views
accrued from across the platform are counted and you can analyse the data in one place in 'My Insights' in 'My LBB'

How do I create a creative showreel online?

With Reel Builder, you can create an online showreel directly from your LBB profile. Simply select work, arrange it using the timeline, and share your reel via link, email, or embed - no video editing skills required.

Can I build a pitch reel without editing software?

Yes. Reel Builder eliminates the need for editing software by letting you build reels in-browser using your uploaded or archived work. Just drag, drop, and share.
